| Dear sir/madam,
Since several years I've been creating and maintaining numerous Excel models and tools for a pharmaceutical multinational. This includes data reporting models, forecasting models and lots of other (also nonmathematical) tools with one thing in common: their user-friendliness. The use of VBA, navigation aids (scroll-down menus etc...) allows me to translate the most complex and boring numbers into an easy-to-read and dynamic format.
In attachment you can find screenshots of * applications. Some parts (product names etc.) have been erased for obvious reasons.
The first one is from a monthly sales tracker. As you can see this model shows a great amount of data in simple charts and tables, with the possibility to easily change the country or the product you want to see. In the bottom you can see buttons with additional analyses, which were defined by the client and change according to the product that has been selected. Please keep in mind that this model is just an example and was entirely user-defined, and not some kind of ready-to-adapt and predefined model. It even includes some extra features like a button to export a chart to a new powerpoint slide with automatic entry of the slide title, source, etc.
The second screenshot shows an entirely different model; this is rather a forecasting model that I added to show you that the level of detail can be as small or as big as you want. In this model the future price per unit is calculated for all European countries, per product and per formulation, as a result of international reference pricing and compulsary price cuts. I suppose you are aware of these reference pricing rules, and so you can easily understand that this model is extremely complex, yet always ***% correct. I also wanted to show you this model to show you my accuracy skills, and my knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
